Atlantis T3 Column, 100Å, 3 µm, 2.1 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk
The Atlantis T3 Column is a universal silica-based, reversed-phase C18 that enables you to retain and separate highly polar compounds while delivering superior performance across a wide pH range. Along with offering improved peak shape for amine-containing bases at pH 7, the column has been designed to provide longer lifetimes at low pH, making it an ideal piece of lab equipment for your analytical needs.
The Atlantis T3 Column is made with an advanced T3 bonding process which uses a trifunctional C18 alkyl phase bonded at a ligand density that promotes polar compound retention and aqueous mobile phase compatibility. The proprietary T3 end-capping process is much more effective when compared to the traditional trimethyl silane (TMS) end-capping. The combination of the unique end-capping and T3 bonding gives you superior polar compound retention and aqueous compatibility.
As the Atlantis T3 Column offers good retention of, and selectivity for, neutral, hydrophobic compounds in addition to polar analytes and superior performance over a wider pH range, it is an excellent alternative to traditional C18 reversed-phase LC columns. In addition to these outstanding attributes, the lab equipment also offers enhanced column performance, lifetime, peak shape, and stability.
Leverage the Atlantis T3 column for easily retaining and separating polar compounds. This crucial lab equipment is designed to deliver longer lifetimes at low pH as well as to offer an improved peak shape for amine-containing bases at pH 7. This is why you can depend on the Atlantis T3 column to achieve superior performance across a wide pH range with the analytical column. As it is a universal silica-based, reversed-phase C18 column that enables you to retain and separate highly polar compounds, it can be used across a variety of applications. As an excellent alternative to traditional C18 reversed-phase LC columns, it offers good retention of, and selectivity for, neutral, hydrophobic compounds in addition to polar analytes.
To shop for lab equipment directly from us or to contact a member of our staff from any of our offices spread around the world, please browse through our website. From there, you can find compatible products such as the Atlantis Silica T3 VanGuard Cartridge, 100Å, 3 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk, which is designed to enhance the analytical column’s life by protecting it from pollutants.
How Is The Atlantis T3 Column Equilibrated?
To equilibrate the column, use a minimum of 10 column volumes, first ensuring the solvent compatibility as the column is packed and shipped in 100% acetonitrile.
