Symmetry C8 Column, 100Å, 3.5 µm, 3 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk

Symmetry C8 columns have monofunctionally bound C8 ligands on a high-purity base-deactivated silica substrate. Symmetry columns feature the industry's tightest column parameters, resulting in highly reproducible chromatographic results. The SunFire C8 Column offers a longer column lifetime than many common silica-based HPLC columns due to its low pH stability. The SunFire C8 Column incorporates unique, cutting-edge silica synthesis, bonding, end-capping, and packing processes to produce high efficiency and increased sensitivity.

SunFire C8 Column can be used for a variety of mass spectrometry applications. Sharp peaks, remarkable sensitivity, a huge peak capacity, and ultra-low bleed characterize the lab equipment. In addition, the SunFire C8 Column provides high resolution, minimal back pressure, and quick analysis, saving you time and money.

The SunFire C8 Column will deliver reliable chromatographic results over the life of the column, technique, and your new product. This is because the analytical column's goal is to create new analysis techniques for the most recent pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical goods. Year after year, batch after batch, and column after column, the SunFire C8 Column will display the same excellent repeatability.

SunFire C8 Columns are constructed with high purity raw materials and carefully packed, ensuring that only high-quality lab equipment enters your lab. These analytical columns are produced in world-class facilities, ensuring the highest quality industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). The manufacturing methods and handling procedures for LCMS Certified vials are strictly supervised. They are mass spectrometer tested and come with a certificate of analysis displaying the reference and vial scan for the production batch.

What Is The Best Storage Method For SunFire C8 Columns?

For periods longer than four days, the SunFire C8 Column should be kept at room temperature in 100 percent acetonitrile. If the temperature is high, immediately store the column in 100 percent acetonitrile after use to guarantee it lasts a long time. If a buffer salt was used in the mobile phase, flush the column with 10 column volumes of HPLC grade water before replacing it with 100% acetonitrile for storage; otherwise, the buffer salt could precipitate inside the column.
