XTerra MS C18 Column, 125Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk

Designed to be compatible with Mass Spectrometry applications, the XTerra MS C18 column offers sharp peak shapes, good sensitivity, and large peak capacities. Leveraging the tri-functional bonding chemistry of the XTerra particles, the lab equipment delivers one of the longest lifetimes over the widest pH range (1-12), especially when compared to conventional silica-based columns. This is in addition to providing maximum throughput with outstanding resolution and ultra-low column bleed.

The XTerra packing materials are synthesized using Waters Hybrid Particle Technology and the particles contain both inorganic (silica) and organic (organosiloxane) components, offering a powerful combination of the advantages of both. This hybrid technology makes it possible for the XTerra MS C18 column to provide high efficiency of separation and improved pH stability when compared to silica-based reversed-phase packing materials.

The XTerra MS C18 column is manufactured using ultrapure reagents, ensuring the control of the chemical composition and purity of the hybrid particle. Every manufacturing step is carefully monitored, and conducted within narrow tolerances. Each column is individually tested to make sure you receive only the best quality lab equipment. So you can be certain of this quality, Certificates of Batch Analysis and Column Efficiency are provided with each column.
