XTerra MS C18 Column, 125Å, 3.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk
Wield the exceptional features of the XTerra MS C18 Column to deliver the required results for Mass Spectrometry. The XTerra MS C18 Column is designed to deliver sharp peak shapes, good sensitivity, and large peak capacities, while being fully compatible with Mass Spectrometry applications. The analytical column has been created to deliver one of the longest lifetimes over the widest pH range (1-12), especially in comparison to the conventional silica-based columns. This is made possible by leveraging the trifunctional bonding chemistry of the XTerra particles. In addition to this, the XTerra MS C18 Column is well equipped to deliver maximum throughput with outstanding resolution and ultra-low column bleed.
Synthesized using Waters Hybrid Particle Technology, the particles of the XTerra packing materials contain both inorganic (silica) and organic (organosiloxane) components. This hybrid technology is a powerful combination that enables the lab equipment to offer high efficiency of separation and improved pH stability in comparison to other silica-based reversed-phase packing material columns available in the market.
Like every lab equipment offered by Waters, the XTerra MS C18 column is made using only ultrapure reagents, ensuring the control of the chemical composition and purity of the hybrid particle. Each step in the manufacturing process is tightly controlled, monitored, and conducted within narrow tolerances. In addition to this, each column is also individually tested to make sure you receive only the best quality lab equipment. So you can be certain of this quality, Certificates of Batch Analysis and Column Efficiency are provided with each column.
