Product Description

BioResolve RP mAb Columns contain 2.7-μm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments.  This Method Validation Kit Part Number contains (3) columns from (3) different manufactured batches.  This P/N also includes three vials of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (P/N 186006552) and three vials of the mAb Subunit Standard (P/N 186008927).

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk with Intact mAb and mAb Subunit Standards

Whether it’s rapidly reproducing or preparing samples for method transfer, you know that there are some challenges inherent in the intact protein analysis of monoclonal antibodies and ADCs. But with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, you can easily overcome all of those challenges and pave a successful path forward to MS adoption. This method development kit for monoclonal antibody separations includes three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns for your mAb separations and three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard for the purpose of verifying LC-MS or MS system performance. What’s more, you can even equip the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns with VanGuard column protection technology to prevent particulate contaminants from negatively affecting your precious separations.

You need to rapidly reproduce mAb separations when performing intact protein analysis, which is why we’ve included three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns all packed with the same sorbent but from three different batches. Choosing columns with sorbent from multiple batches can help you verify your data quickly, so you can move to the next stage of your workflow. And with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column flexible enough to be used on all UHPLC, UPLC and HPLC systems, method transfer just got much easier.

At the core of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is a group of rugged silica particles functionalized by a polyphenyl bonding process that makes them especially useful for the separation of IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Even more, this column also exhibits little injection-to-injection carryover loss for increased confidence in analyses. You need only look at the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column’s pH range and temperature limits to see that this column is capable of withstanding difficult mAb analysis.

Protecting your precious separations and data from contamination should always be at the forefront of your mind. Even with proper sample purification procedures, there’s a chance that miniscule particulate contaminants could be lingering in the mobile phase stream. To solve that concern, we’re happy to provide the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This guard cartridge attaches to your analytical column and mobile phase injector to provide enhanced protection from contaminants, removing them before they reach your analytical column.

At Waters, we also offer a massive selection of products and resources to help improve your own internal workflows. Simply shop lab equipment to discover everything we have to offer.

What’s the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column’s Maximum Temperature Limit?

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can withstand temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit).
