Product Description

BioResolve RP mAb Columns contain 2.7-μm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments.   This Method Validation Kit Part Number contains (3) columns from (3) different manufactured batches.  This P/N also includes three vials of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (P/N 186006552) and three vials of the mAb Subunit Standard (P/N 186008927).

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 100 mm, 3/pk with Intact mAb and mAb Subunit Standards

At Waters, we want to help improve your analytical workflow in regard to monoclonal antibody and monoclonal antibody fragment analysis. That’s why we’ve developed an all-in-one solutions kit to help you perform method development and transfer methods easily with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit. It’s always important to verify LC-MS or MS system performance before performing any separations, which is why we’ve included three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard with this kit. And because the need to rapidly reproduce is huge to those working in method development, three identical BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns with sorbent from three different batches are included in this kit. Change your mAb analysis workflow for the better when you add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit to your lab’s procurement list or simply order it yourself.

Making sure your lab is equipped with everything needed for mAb separations is hugely important. That’s why we’ve included the Intact mAb Mass Check and mAb Subunit Standards in this kit, as they are specially formulated quality control reference materials you can use to verify LC-MS or MS system performance. What’s more, you can even use these standard mixes on your columns to verify performance as well. Just make sure that the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns have been thoroughly cleaned with a neat organic solvent before performing any performance tests.

Another huge benefit to owning the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit is that it offers you column technology that’s designed to help you overcome separation challenges inherent in the biological separations. Not only does the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column improve peak capacity for better component resolution, it also provides minimal injection-to-injection carryover for increased confidence in analyses. And if you want to increase that confidence even further, we recommend pairing your analytical columns with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This cartridge is reusable and protects your analytical column from contaminants that may be lingering in the mobile phase stream.

Before you check out with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, shop lab equipment to explore all of the incredible products and resources we have to offer at Waters. If you’re a scientist, you’ll find everything you need to be successful in the lab here.

What’s the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column’s Maximum Pressure Limit?

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column has been engineered to withstand high pressures of up to 10,000 PSI (689 Bar). This exceptional pressure tolerance ensures the column's robustness and reliability during chromatographic analyses, even under demanding conditions.
