Matching the right analytical column with assay goals is always important, which is why the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column was designed specifically for the LC or LC-MS analysis of IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Containing rugged silica particles that are functionalized by a polyphenyl bonding process, this mAb separation tool provides improved peak capacity, minimal injection-to-injection carryover loss and so many more features to make your mAb analyses easier. And if you want to better protect your BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column after repeated use, we have the VanGuard column protection technology that’s easily adaptable to your analytical workflow.

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column does much more than just provide a reversed-phase solution for intact and IdeS digested monoclonal antibodies, in incorporates features to make method development and transfer so much easier. This column can be used on all UHPLC, UPLC and HPLC systems, all adding up to a rugged yet flexible analytical column that’s capable of withstanding extreme backpressures while maintaining chemical and mechanical stability. And if you want to work with lower temperatures, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is ready. This helps especially if you want to prevent any on-column sample degradation from occurring.

At the core of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is a group of rugged silica particles that are functionalized by a breakthrough polyphenyl bonding process, making it especially useful for LC and LC-MS analyses of monoclonal antibodies. But what’s more, this column also provides better resolution at higher flow rates, so you can maximize the resolving power of protein samples. Every BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column even undergoes a strict QC process with NIST-based mAb standards before being packed and shipped to you.

Looking for ways to improve your intact protein analysis of mAbs and ADCs?
Couple your BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This cartridge sits between the analytical column and mobile phase injector to catch contaminants and remove them from your analytical workflow. Plus, this cartridge can be used multiple times before needing to be replaced.
