BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 1 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk with Intact mAb and mAb Subunit Standards

For the reverse-phase analysis of monoclonal antibodies to be successful, you need an LC-MS instrument that’s capable of not only handling extreme chromatographic conditions, you also need a column that’s properly functionalized for the separation of mAbs. And with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, you get that and so much more. Designed for use on all UHPLC, UPLC and HPLC systems, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is the rugged yet flexible analytical tool you need for your monoclonal antibody separations. Plus, if you want to protect this column from contamination, we offer VanGuard column protection solutions that integrate seamlessly into your existing workflows. Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to your lab today to upgrade your monoclonal antibody analyses tomorrow.

To meet the extreme chromatographic conditions head-on, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column offers plenty of features to help you at every stage. Not only does this column offer minimal injection-to-injection carryover for increased confidence in analyses, it also has the unique ability to operate at lower temperatures for the purpose of reducing on-column sample degradation. And to ensure you only receive an mAb column that’s ready right out of the box, every BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column undergoes strict QC testing with NIST-based mAb standards. In fact, we’ve included one vial each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and the mAb Subunit Standard in the case you need to verify system performance.

The high-coverage bonding in the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column prevents carryover effects and increases low pH stability for improved column lifetime. But what about contaminants in the mobile phase stream?
To counter those contaminants and remove them from your analyses, we’re happy to present the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This cartridge can be added to your workflow to provide enhanced protection against particulate contaminants in the mobile phase stream, plus you can reuse the cartridge across multiple separations and replace it when the need presents itself.

You need much more than just the right column for your mAb separations, but luckily for you we have it all at Waters. We offer all the classic chromatography consumables you need on a regular basis, as well as products and solutions to improve your laboratory for the better. Simply shop lab equipment and see how Waters can help you today.

How Do I Achieve Column Equilibrium with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column?

Flush the column with ten column volumes of a water/organic solvent mixture, using the same or lower solvent content as in the desired buffered mobile phase.
