BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 4.6 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk w/ Intact mAb and mAb Subunit Standards

To properly overcome analytical challenges inherent in biological separations, you need an LC-MS instrument that provides high chromatographic resolution and sensitivity time and again. That’s where the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column comes into consideration. This breakthrough liquid chromatography column provides improved peak capacity for better component resolution and offers wide, usable pH range to accommodate varying mobile phases. What’s more, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can be equipped with VanGuard column protection technology to prevent data variability caused by particulate contaminants in the mobile phase stream. Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to your cart now, or tell your lab manager that you want the power and flexibility of BioResolve Columns at your command.

Incorporated into every BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is a novel phenyl bonding process that provides an innovative solution for the characterization of intact protein analysis of mAbs and ADCs. But even more, this column provides better resolution at higher flow rates because of the phenyl bonding. And if you’re wondering if this column can accommodate more than just one LC system, then we have some terrific news to share. The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can operate successfully with UHPLC, UPLC and HPLC systems. That kind of flexibility especially comes in handy for those working in method development and need to transfer methods to other systems.

The particles within the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that makes this column specifically designed to provide LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. But if you want this column to operate as it should after repeated use, you need to follow proper sample purification protocols and add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge to your analytical workflow. This guard cartridge actively removes contaminants from the mobile phase stream before they reach your analytical column.
