Product Description

BioResolve RP mAb Columns contain 2.7-μm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments.   This Method Validation Kit Part Number contains (3) columns from (3) different manufactured batches.  This P/N also includes three vials of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (P/N 186006552) and three vials of the mAb Subunit Standard (P/N 186008927).

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 3/pk

The increased need to rapidly reproduce during reverse-phase monoclonal antibody analysis can cause some strain on your analytical columns, which is why we’re proud to present a solution with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit. This all-in-one mAb analysis kit is designed specifically to assist scientists who are developing methods with regard to IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. But even more, the three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns included in this kit have the remarkable capability to operate at lower temperatures to reduce on-column sample degradation. Plus, if you need to verify LC or LC-MS system and instrument performance before moving forward with your separations, rest east knowing three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard are included for exactly that purpose. Tell your lab manager that you want the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit at your command today.

To assist properly in the reverse-phase separations of monoclonal antibodies, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column incorporates a group of rugged silica particles that are then functionalized by a polyphenyl bonding process that makes them incredibly resistant against demanding chromatographic conditions. And when you’re working in method development, method transfer is another important obstacle to overcome. To help you with that, each and every BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can be used on UPLC, HPLC and UHPLC systems with the same dedication to performance.

Speaking of performance, the last thing you want to happen during your precious reverse-phase mAb analyses is column contamination. Although proper sample preparation procedures remove much of the concern surrounding particulate contamination, they don’t account for miniscule particulate contaminants that could be lingering in the mobile phase stream. To meet that obstacle head-one, we’re happy to present the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. When properly installed between the mobile phase injector and analytical column, this cartridge provides enhanced protection against contamination.

At Waters, we have much more than just BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kits. We have an incredible selection of other solution kits and resources designed to help improve your workflows. Shop lab equipment to discover everything we have to offer.
