The Waters’ SARS-CoV-2 LC-MS Kit (RUO) is a Research Use Only kit intended for the quantitative measurement of three (3) proteolytic peptides derived from the SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (NCAP) protein. This sample preparation and reagent kit includes the reagents needed to extract, digest, and enrich three proteotypic peptides (AYN, NPA, and ADE) for the SARS-CoV-2 NCAP protein (including calibrators and internal standard).
