The Waters BioResolve Peptide C18 RP Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 1.8 µm, 100Å, HSS, T3, 300 µm x 50 mm is the MaxPeak Premier hardware version of the nanoease M/Z Peptide HSS T3 Column, 100Å, 1.8 µm, 300 µm X 50 mm (p/n:186009252). It contains an ultra-performance general-purpose C18 bonded phase that provides increased retention (vs. ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 columns). The high-strength silica (HSS) particle and tri-functional C18-bonded phase provide extremely long column lifetimes at low pH. 0.3 mm ID columns are recommended for use with low dispersion nanoflow or microflow systems, especially for LC-MS methods. This column utilizes our MaxPeak Premier hardware, which delivers the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes.
