The ACQUITY Premier HSS C18 Columns contain an ultra-performance general purpose C18 bonded phase that provides increased retention (vs. ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 columns). The high strength silica (HSS) particle and tri-functional C18 bonded phase provide extremely long column lifetimes at low pH. ACQUITY Premier Columns use MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware technology which significantly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in signal intensity. The VanGuard Fit column design protects the column from contaminants and increases column lifetime.
