SONAR Pulse Acquisition Mode

The SONAR Pulse Acquisition Mode simplifies method set-up and reduces bias introduced in conventional DDA experiments while retaining highly specific MS/MS fragmentation information. SONAR Pulse Acquisition Mode combines a full scan MS with rapid, stepping quadrupole MS/MS, delivering improved precursor–fragment specificity while retaining the reproducibility and completeness of DIA.
