The Waters CAD offers the lowest barrier to adoption on Empower Software, with optimized hardware improvements for enhanced usability and supportability. The Waters CAD is designed with a single filter manifold, which offers simple push/pull filter replacement. The nebulizer is simple to replace for optimal supportability. The instrument method and console control a divert value within the CAD that diverts flow to waste if gas pressure is lost or the system communicates an error to the CAD. Additionally, the Waters CAD offers enhanced leak detection and flood protection to alert and protect your lab if the system has accidental floods due to dropped CDS communications.
