This application brief demonstrates analysis of anilines using XTerra Columns.

  6. N,N-Dimethylaniline

XTerra MS C18, 3.0 x 20 mm IS, 3.5 μm, (P/N: 186001974)

Mobile phase A:

Water

Mobile phase B:

Acetonitrile

Mobile phase C:

100 mM NH4HCO3, pH 10

Flow rate:

2.0 mL/min

Injection volume:

5.0 μL

Sample concentration:

20 μg/mL

Temperature:

30 °C

Detection:

UV @ 254 nm
