Experimental

HPLC Method

Column:

Symmetry C18, 3.9 x 150 mm, 5 μm (p/n: WAT046980)

Mobile phase:

50 mM Ammonium phosphate, pH 5.8/acetonitrile 85:15

Flow rate:

1.0 mL/min

Injection volume:

20 μL of 775 μg/mL acetaminophen and 8 μg hydrocodone bitartrate sample

Detection:

UV @ 214 nm
