Waters GTxResolve 250Å Slalom Columns are manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and novel bridged ethylene BEH-PEO particles to support high recovery anlayses of biologics polymers such as plasmid DNA & nucleic acids in the range of 3Kbp-25 Kbp under shear force. By the physics-based phenomena of this separation, single stranded and double stranded nucleic acid components can be resolved as well as certain types of topological and conformational isoforms. The GTxResolve Slalom Column is the first commercially available slalom chromatography column designed for modern LC systems such as the ACQUITY Premier UPLC System and the Alliance iS Bio HPLC System
