Waters 125Å SEC Guard Cartridge, 125Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 x 30 mm (BEH-DIOL based), with MaxPeak Premier Technology, for use on 1.7 µm and 2.5 µm SEC 125Å columns, was developed for scientists working on biotherapeutic peptides (e.g., GLP receptor agonist and insulin-like)and small proteins ,from approx 1K - 80K Dalton, who seek higher resolution of size variants, more reproducible HMWPs quantitation with reduced run times and solvent cost savings.
