What pH Does The Delta-Pak C4 Radial-Pak Column Work With?
The Delta-Pak C4 Radial-Pak Column works well between the 2-8 pH range. However, the use of the phosphate buffer at pH 8, along with higher temperatures, can cause a shorter column life. If you need to use higher temperatures, it is recommended that the buffer be used at neutral pH.
