Symmetry Shield, RP18 4.6 x 100 mm, 3.5 μm

Guard column:

Sentry, 3.9 x 20 mm, 5 μm

Mobile phase:

20 mM KH2PO4/H3PO4, pH 2.7/CH3OH, 52/48 v/v

Flow rate:

2 mL/min

Injection volume:

10 μL of extract with internal standard
