XTerra MS C18, 2.1 x 100 mm, 3.5 µm

Mobile phase A:

20 mM ammonium acetate (pH 4)

Mobile phase B:

Methanol

Gradient:

50% A initial, to 90% methanol in 10 min

Flow rate:

175 mL/min

Injection volume:

10 µL
