The XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Column Method Validation Kit, 300Å, 2.5 µm, 3 mm X 150 mm columns are optimized and QC tested with a tryptic digest of cytochrome c (p/n: 186006371) for peptide separations. The 300Å pore size trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed for especially large peptides in proteomic, peptide mapping, and synthetic peptide applications. This p/n: is for our Methods Validation Kit (MVK) that includes (3), 3 x 150mm columns (p/n: 186009073) from (3) different manufactured batches.
