Waters GTxResolve 250Å Slalom Columns are manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and novel bridged ethylene BEH-PEO particles to support high recovery anlayses of biologics polymers such as plasmid DNA & nucleic acids in the range of 3Kbp-25 Kbp under shear force. By the physics-based phenomena of this separation, single stranded and double stranded nucleic acid components can be resolved as well as certain types of topological and conformational isoforms.
