The Waters GTxResolve Premier Lipid Phenyl Hexyl+, MaxPeak Premier Technology, MVK, SPP, 1.6 μm, 230 Å, 2.1 × 150 mm is a Method Validation Kit (MVK) that includes three columns from three different batches. These columns use next-generation SPP particles with wide pores, a positively charged surface, and Phenyl-Hexyl+ ligation to deliver unique selectivity and optimized hydrophobicity for lipid separations. The column particle chemistry is designed for enhanced retention and peak shape for challenging lipids, providing superior resolution for critical impurities, higher sensitivity, and faster runtimes compared to fully porous alternatives. Engineered for LNP composition and impurity profiling, these columns are QC batch tested to support robust method development and consistent results from discovery through QC. Each batch is optimized and QC-tested with a lipid mixture to ensure reproducible performance for LNP separations.
