MassMetaSite performs automatic identification of metabolites, streamlining and accelerating the time taken for manual analysis.
MARS provides data processing and investigative tools for untargeted and semi-targeted metabolomics and exposomics including library building and searching.
Lipostar2 provides similar capabilities to MARS but is specifically tailored to untargeted and semi-targeted lipidomics. Both MARS and Lipostar2 include statistical analysis tools as well as trend analysis and biopathway analysis.
All 3 software products offer data access and connectivity via waters_connect API integration and/or MZML data import via the Waters Data Convert tool.

mzmine works seamlessly with all Waters MS platforms (using MassLynx) and uses mzwizard to turn .raw files into preconfigured workflows. The modern graphical user interface and interactive statistics tools facilitate data exploration and validation of result. In built deep learning models use interactive molecular networking to discover previously unknown compounds, with no direct spectral match needed.

Fusion Method Development
Fusion Method Development (FMD) automates LC method development overcoming the limitations inherent in other software products. With a statistically rigorous Design of Experiments approach, FMD creates experiments, analyzes data, and presents results as visual and numeric method predictions. MS-DIAL is open source software and was launched as a universal program for untargeted metabolomics that supports multiple instruments (GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, LC/MS, and LC/MS/MS) and MS different vendors amongst Waters. Common data formats such as netCDF (AIA) and mzML, can also be managed in the product.
In addition, we released several MSP files including both EI- and MS/MS spectra as a ‘start-up kit’. Moreover, MS-DIAL internally has a version of Fiehn lab’s GC/MS database (oriented by FAME RI index), and in silico retention time- and MS/MS database for LC/MS/MS based lipidomics. The isotope labeled tracking can also be executed in LC/MS project.
