Product Description

The Waters BioResolve GlycoProtein Amide HILIC Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 1.7 µm, 300Å, BEH, 1.0 x 150 mm retains extremely polar compounds, including carbohydrates and sugars. Based on BEH technology, the A Waters BioResolve Amide HILIC Column offers a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase that remains stable from pH 2 to 11, enabling the separation of polar analytes spanning a wide range of polarity, structural moieties, and pKa values. This column utilizes our MaxPeak Premier hardware, which delivers the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes. Suggested Use: glycan analysis, glycoprotein analysis
