The XBridge Peptide BEH C18 OBD Prep Column, 300Å, 10 µm, 50 mm X 250 mm Columns have been specially optimized and QC tested with cytochrome c digest standards (p/n: 186006371) for peptide separations. The wide-pore (300Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to assay samples for especially large peptides in proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. Directly scale from UPLC, UHPLC, or HPLC screening with BEH C18, 300Å screening to lab-scale purification.
