20 mM PIC B6 (hexane sulfonic acid) and 0.1% phosphoric acid, pH 2.2/methanol 75:25

Flow rate:

0.7 mL/min

Injection volume:

10 μL of mixture with component 1 at 11 μg/mL, 2 at 133 μg/mL, 3 at 17 μg/mL, 4 at 6 μg/mL, 5 at 25 μg/mL, 6 at 34 μg/mL, and 7 at 67 μg/mL

Detection:

UV @ 210 nm
