20 mM PIC B6 (hexane sulfonic acid) and 0.1% phosphoric acid, pH 2.2/methanol 75:25

0.7 mL/min

10 μL of mixture with 0.02 to 0.17 mg/mL

Temperature:

40 °C

Detection:

UV @ 280 nm
