The fact that the performance of a CSH130 C18 column exhibits little dependence on strong ion pairing agents makes it ideal for LC or LC-MS applications. This kit includes one ACQUITY UPLC CSH130 C18 column and one vial of Cytochrome C Digestion Standard (P/N 186006371). The standard is included to be able to immediately benchmark the column upon receipt and can be reordered as a separate part for continued monitoring. Each batch of digestion standard is prepared under strict quality control criteria confirmed on the included certificate of analysis.
