These advancements in SEC column hardware and SEC particle technology work to minimize non-desired secondary ionic or hydrophobic interactions between proteins and the column to minimize costly method development work by allowing chromatographers to use a "generic" or "platform-type" method for many samples. Each batch is specifically QC tested using Waters mAb Size Variant Standard (p/n: 186009429) to help ensure consistent performance for challenging size-based protein separations.
