XBridge Protein BEH SEC Column, 200 Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm Columns, containing 2.5 µm particles are based on the same Waters Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH)-based particle technology and diol-bonded surface coating as used in our successful line of HPLC-based SEC columns. They are best suited to separate proteins ranging from 10,000 to 450,000 Daltons. Each batch is specifically QC tested using Waters BEH200 SEC Protein Standard (p/n: 186006518) to help ensure consistent performance for challenging size-based protein separations.

Note: This item is also available with one vial the BEH200 SEC Protein Standard at no additional cost (p/n: 176004335).

Suggested Use: Gel Filtration, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Aggregate, Monomer and Fragment analysis
