Abstract

This application brief demonstrates analysis of lipid soluble antioxidants using Atlantis T3 Columns.

Introduction

The compunds used in this study are - 

  1. Propyl gallate
  2. 2,4,5-Trihydroxybutyrophenone
  3. Tert-butylhydroquinone
  4. Butylated hydroxyanisole
  5.  2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxymethylphenol
  6. Octyl gallate
  7. Butylated hydroxytoluene
  8. Lauryl gallate
