The GTxResolve Premier SEC 1000 Å, 3 µm, 4.6 x 150 mm Column is manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and novel bridged ethylene HO-PEO particles to support high recovery analyses of 200 to 800Å diameter GTx drugs, such as mRNA, LNPs, and viral vectors. This column technology provides long column lifetimes, low secondary interactions, and improved MALS sensitivity. Facilitate the development of platform multiattribute SEC assays for mRNA integrity and LNP formulations analyses as well as improved detection of ejected transgenes and aggregates related to viral vectors.
