Mobile phase:

70% diisopropylamine solution/30% ammonium acetate solution

Diisopropylamine solution: 2 mL diisopropylamine in 1 L methanol

Ammonium acetate solution: 1 g in 200 mL of water

Flow rate:

1.5 mL/min

Injection volume:

20 µL

Detection:

UV @ 225 nm
