The XSelect Peptide Premier CSH C18 Prep Guard Cartridge, 5µm, 19 x 10 mm utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) technology hardware, which greatly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in sample signal intensity. The guard cartridge is packed with the same resin used in our XSelect Peptide Premier CSH C18 preparative columns and is intended to protect these columns from aggregates and particulates, thereby extending their effective lifetime.
