To help resolve uncertainty at the pace of gene therapy development, the GTxResolve Premier BEH SEC 450 Å Guards, manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and BEH diol bonded particles are ready to support high recovery size variant separations for AAVs and nucleic acids. These low dispersion 4.6 x 30 mm guards help protect both 4.6 and 7.8 mm ID analytical columns from chemical and particulate based fouling. AAV monomers and aggregates are ideally resolved using a 450 Å pore size. Unwanted secondary interactions that make it difficult to fully recover your sample and create robust, serotype independent, and stable platform methods are alleviated by hydrophilic MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware. Industry-leading resolution without undesirable analyte shearing is provided by efficiently packed 2.5 µm particles.
