This instructor led hands-on computer course is for experienced Empower chromatography software users.

Who Should Attend
This course is for users who know Empower Software fundamentals and seek fast-paced, intensive training on the custom fields and report publisher features using the Pro interface. The topics are for experienced users who want to access the flexibility built into Empower and customize their use of the software to meet individual lab application needs. If you are an experienced Empower user, this instructor led training course combined with hands-on computer use is the right course for you.
Prerequisites
Attendees must have at least four months experience using Empower Software. Attending an Empower Fundamentals course is strongly recommended.
Course Notes
Each attendee receives an electronic course manual for reference and will receive a Certificate of Training. This course uses Empower software and the Pro interface.
Virtual Classroom – In the virtual classroom experience each user will be invited into a Microsoft Teams Meeting and ReadyTech Event session. In the Teams Meeting the students will be able to speak with the instructor and other students and watch as the instructor provides live software demonstrations. In the ReadyTech platform the students will access their own virtual Empower or Nugenesis workstations, where they will be able to follow along with the instructor and simultaneously interact with the software. The instructor can monitor progress on the student ReadyTech desktop and take control of the student session as necessary. Invitations to both forums will be sent prior to the start of the class. An internet connection and a computer system are required for this course. The Teams and ReadyTech platforms are accessed through internet browser windows.

Cancellation is required 10 business days prior
to the start of a course to avoid 100% billing. If cancellation occurs with less
than 10 days notice, a credit will be held for one year. Waters Corporation reserves
the right to cancel any course when minimum enrollment is not met. If you have
registered for a course that has been cancelled by Waters Corporation you will

should have a minimum of 6 weeks experience operating the instrument. Cancellation
of your reservation less than 4 weeks prior to course start date results in a
50% tuition charge. Courses with less than 3 participants enrolled 4 weeks prior
to start date will be cancelled. Instrument hardware and software used for training
purposes may be a different configuration or version than yours. For specific

Registrations may be cancelled for any reason with a full refund if done so within 72 hours of purchase as long as no more than 25% of the course has been completed.
