To access advanced technical information for some Waters’ products, submit your current Waters Software Support Plan ID number or ACQUITY UPLC Binary or Quaternary Solvent Manager Serial number. Software Support ID numbers include both letters and numbers, and begin with an "M" for Millennium products, an "EM" for Empower products, an "MS" for MassLynx products, and an "SD" for NuGenesis SDMS Information Platform. For access to the Symphony User Group, enter Symphony as the serial number.
