Abstract / Summary
This application note describes a clinical research method utilizing Oasis PRiME HLB μElution Plate technology for the extraction of testosterone, androstenedione, and DHEAS from serum.
Using only 100 μL sample volume, this method provides sufficient analytical sensitivity to analyze low physiological levels of testosterone, androstenedione, and DHEAS. Automation of the analytical method in combination with sample tracking capabilities improves laboratory workflow and reduces sample handling, which alleviates the potential for operator error.
