Fusion Method Development
Fusion Method Development (FMD) automates LC method development overcoming the limitations inherent in other software products. Only FMD uses a QbD-aligned, multivariate approach to rapidly develop methods optimized for mean chromatographic performance and robustness. With a statistically rigorous Design of Experiments approach, FMD creates experiments, analyzes data, and presents results as visual and numeric method predictions. FMD features an intuitive template-driven front-end to build and run experiments. Unique Trend Response™ Operators can be used to eliminate tedious peak tracking. The QbD Design Space limits within which mean method performance and robustness requirements are met can be easily established with the FMD Robustness Simulator™.
FMD works seamlessly with Empower™ 3 Chromatography Data Software (CDS) and ACQUITY UltraPerformance LC® (UPLC®) to automate liquid chromatographic method development according to Quality-by-Design guidelines. Fusion not only greatly accelerates method development, it enables development of more robust methods which transfer successfully and withstand the test of repeated use.
