The MassLynx Skyline Interface provides a simple automated workflow for MRM method development for peptide & protein (digested) bioanalysis and targeted proteomics.
Skyline is freeware software, developed by the MacCoss Lab at the University of Washington, and the industry gold standard for building MRM methods for LC-MS/MS quantification of peptides and proteins. Skyline works with MassLynx MS software to create optimized highly selective and sensitive MRM methods, with minimal manual intervention, saving the user time & energy for confident routine analysis.
