Engineered for scientists working at the forefront of biopharmaceutical analysis, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge (450Å, 2.7 µm, 3.9 mm x 5 mm) is purpose-built to enhance the robustness and lifetime of BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl analytical columns. Each cartridge contains superficially porous silica particles with a large 450Å pore size, ideal for intact monoclonal antibody (mAb) and fragment separations. These particles are bonded with a proprietary polyphenyl ligand, optimized for reversed-phase LC and LC-MS workflows targeting IgG mAbs and their subunits.
