Benefits built into the site include real time availability of the products, local pricing information, account specific discount pricing (after log in), delivery tracking, automated payments, customer order history and wish lists. Through the Waters Order Center you can also email a compiled list of products  to Purchasing / Lab Managers for approval and purchase.
  2.  B2B Solutions 
    Waters offers B2B eProcurement integration to spend management systems such as Ariba, SciQuest, Perfect Commerce, Hubwoo, Quadrem, Direct Commerce and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
    Waters also supports PunchOut catalogs (real-time pricing, availability, product pictures and specifications) with many spend management solutions or ERP systems, supporting many catalog file formats such as CIF, TXT, CSV, XLS, etc. 
  3. B2C Solutions
    Waters can support access to product information with catalogs hosted in your IT environment. Waters also supports PunchOut catalogs (real-time pricing, availability, product pictures and specifications) with many spend management or ERP systems, supporting many catalog file formats such as CIF, TXT, CSV, XLS, etc. 
    Waters can also offer electronic communication capabilities for eOrders/eInvoices, such as EDI, AS2, HTTP, HTTPs,  FTP, etc. Waters uses Seeburger as the middleware to support electronic communications for B2C connections.
