"I liked working at Waters because I was given as much responsibility as other full-time employees. I felt like my work was actually contributing to the projects I was involved with. I felt like part of a team and the environment was relaxed and fun to work in. There were a lot of opportunities for employees to participate in sports teams after work and also events at the gym that made me look forward to coming to work every day.
I was able to learn so much in the time that I was working at Waters. I felt that it was more of a learning opportunity than just a job. I felt that the work I was doing was relevant and important which I feel is much different than what other coop students got to experience." - Melissa, Co-op
Internships — Most internships are offered full-time during school breaks and part-time during the school year.
As an intern or cooperative, you will work on a variety of projects that will draw from the knowledge gained from your academic experiences. As an intern or cooperative, you'll generally work full-time (about 40 hours per week). However, opportunities may exist to work part-time during the academic year.
