Module 1: Alliance Separations Module - System Overview
In this module we will show a system overview of the 2695 Separations Module. We will show instrument options which are available, power and signal connections, fluid inlet, connections to the analytical column and waste outlet lines. Also , we will show how to use start-up diagnostics and view the menu and status pages on the 2695 interface.
Module 2: Alliance Separations Module - Theory of Operation
In this module we will demonstrate the Alliance 2695 theory of operation. We will look at the two main systems inside the instrument: the solvent management system and the sample management system.
Module 3: Alliance Separations Module - Configuration
This module will demonstrate how a user can learn the proper use of the configuration manager to control the 2695 Alliance Separations Module.
Module 4: Alliance Separations Module - Direct Functions
In this module we will show how a user can use the four functions onteh status page: Dry Prime, System Prep, Wet Prime and Purge Injector. We will also cover the instrument equilibration, how to condition a column, and injecting samples.
Module 5: Alliance Separations Module _ Rebuilding the Injector
This module will show how a user can remove, rebuild and replace the Alliance 2695 injector. This includes how to access the injector, safe removal of sensors and electrical connections, how to remove the seal pack, new seal installation, needle replacement and proper needle alignment.
At the completion of each course, attendees will be able to print a Certificate of Attendance.
