This buffer contains 10ml of 5050 mM Ammonium Formate in a Water w/ 3.8% Formic acid matrix. This allows the end user to directly pour the concentrate into a 1L bottle of LCMS grade water for the correct concentration of 50 mM at a pH of 4.4.
